Abstract

Zusammenfassung Quality in projects is also critically important. To apply the Zero Outage principle to projects, you first have to know what the typical “pain points” are in a project, how to identify them and which measures can avoid or resolve them. The key to success lies in introducing project standards for processes and products, ensuring their implementation through proactive and reactive quality measures, and continually measuring the project’s progress and results. In this chapter, we describe how this can be achieved in a Zero Outage organization. We conclude by condensing the most important rules into the ten commandants for project management.
