Abstract

Present paper studies models of the estimation qualities of national social and human capital. Input parameters of the social capital model are social-economic security, social cohesion, social inclusion and social empowerment. Model of the human capital describes by quality of education, health care, culture level of society, scientific and technical journal articles, innovations, patent applications field, labor productivity. Problem corresponding to the model is solved by proposed fuzzy method.
