Abstract

This chapter discusses why this is an opportune time to examine the dominant and alternative discourses in business ethics and business culture and how engaging a variety of cultural perspectives is an essential component of any ongoing evaluation of theory. It also discusses the theoretical basis of the analysis and summarizes the findings of the study.
