Abstract

Since 2018 the UniversityUniversities ofEntrepreneurship Ruse has beenRestrictions a memberDaniel Pavlov of the international academic network INTERGENINTERGEN academic network. The main focus of this international community from eight countries is to study how the intergenerational family businessesFamily business could be used as a stress management instrument for entrepreneurs. Since 2002 the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”University of Ruse \“Angel Kanchev\” has developed the proper digital infrastructure—an online system for teaching e-learningE-learning.uni-ruse.bg, which is the first one from this level in BulgariaRuse, Bulgaria. Therefore, the transitionTransition from face-to-face to online teachingOnline teaching has happened rather quickly and easily during the period of COVID-19COVID-19 pandemicCovid-19, pandemic (2020–2022). All academicsAcademics have managed to have their classes in online environment. Also, some of them have taken good advantage of these conditions and introduced some new teaching activities, which cannot exist in a face-to-faceFace-to-face educational processChange process. Their experience gives new perspectives to the online educationOnline education in the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”.
