Abstract

The authors seek to study the problems and perspectives of development of foreign economic subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in Russia in the context of its cooperation with European countries. Methodological basis of the research includes the method of analysis of statistical information and methods of regression and correlation analysis. The authors study the level and dynamics of development of foreign economic activities of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in Russia and Europe, determine key barriers on the path of development of foreign economic activities of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in Russia and study of successful European experience in overcoming them, and determine perspectives and develop recommendations for development of foreign economic activities of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in the context of cooperation of Russia and Europe. The main conclusion from the performed research is substantiation of the hypothesis that subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in modern Russia are peculiar for low activity in the sphere of conduct of foreign economic activities, new perspectives of increase of which are opened within cooperation with European countries. This is reflected in the proprietary scheme of development of foreign economic activities of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in the context of cooperation between Russia and Europe.
