Abstract

Technological innovation, we believe, is increasingly accompanied by a concern with continuous improvement in company performance. This requires constant assessment and, thus, the identification of performance indicators. This assessment is necessary in order to identify the assumptions that underlie a given managerial strategy and possible obstacles in its path.
