Projektmenedzsment az IT területén egy primer kutatás eredményeinek tükrében

Abstract

Az agilis projektmenedzsment és a hozzátartozó ismeretanyagok, módszerek összehasonlítása a klasszikus projektmenedzsment metodikájával. Cél hogy a Magyarországon csekély rajongótábornak örvendõ agilis projektszemléletet népszerûsítse. Bemutatja a módszer hatékonyságát, és bebizonyítja azt, hogy sok esetben hasznosabb agilis projektmenedzsmentben gondolkodnunk. Különbözõ szektorokban dolgozó vezetõk válaszai alapján igyekszik legitimizálni az agilis szemléletet. Végezetül kiderül az is, hogy nincsenek konkrétan definiálható projektek, ezért nagyon meg kell gondolnunk mikor melyik módszertant használjuk, hiszen mindnek van elõnye és hátránya is. Ezeket mind lehet kamatoztatni egy projekt során, sõt a hátrányból akár elõnyt is lehet kovácsolni.
