A társadalmi vállalkozások finanszírozási lehetõségei, jogi szervezeti formái és beágyazódása a szociális gazdaság rendszerébe

Abstract

Jelen tanulmányban áttekintjük a társadalmi vállalkozás, a vállalati társadalmi felelõsség, és a társadalmi innováció fogalmát, megközelítéseit. A rendszerezõ munka eredményeként egy újszerû integráló modellt mutatunk be. A hazai viszonyokra alkalmazott logika alapján a társadalmi vállalkozás egy kifejezetten ígéretes modellnek látszik a hosszú távú társadalmi problémák fenntartható kezelésére, az üzleti logika hatékonyságjavító elõnyeinek és a társadalmi szükségletek közvetlen kielégítésének egyesítõjeként. Mivel a szociális gazdaság számára a pénzügyi erõforrások biztosítása kulcskérdés, és az Európai Uniós források rendelkezésre állásával a pénzügyi támogatási eszközöknek mennyiségben és minõségben új dimenziója vált elérhetõvé, rövid áttekintést nyújtunk a Magyarországon meghirdetett, társadalmi vállalkozásokat támogató programokról, mely a társadalmi vállalkozásokra jellemzõ szervezeti formák azonosításához is eligazítást nyújthat.
