Gondolatok a bizalom szerepérõl a beszállítói kapcsolatokban

Abstract

A bizalom az élet minden területén a kapcsolatok alapját jelenti. Ennek kialakítása különösen fontos az üzleti életben is, kiváltképp olyan vállalati funkcionális területeken és területek között, ami a szervezetek zavartalan mûködését jelentõsen befolyásolja. Ezen funkcionális területek között kell megemlíteni például a beszerzést, az elosztási logisztikát, vagy outsourcing esetén, bármely funkcionális területet. A tanulmány vizsgálódásának középpontjába, a beszerzés funkcionális területét helyezi, ezen belül is a beszállító kiválasztásra fókuszál. A tanulmány két bázisa tehát a bizalom és a beszállító kiválasztás. A szerzõk egyik célja, e két terület szinergiáinak meghatározása, a szerzõk másik célja, standard módon definiálni a bizalom fogalmát; miközben gondolati keretrendszert adnak az olvasónak, felhívva a figyelmét olyan „soft” tényezõre, ami egy együttmûködésben, - még ha az pusztán tranzakció alapú is, - a kapcsolat kiindulási alapját és annak minõségét jelentõsen meghatározza.
