Nõi vállalkozók a XXI. században

Abstract

A nõi vállalkozók számának nagymértékû emelkedésével párhuzamosan megnövekedett az igény arra, hogy tisztában legyünk tevékenységük legfontosabb jellemzõivel, lehetõségeikkel és korlátaikkal. Lényeges megvizsgálni, hogy milyenek a nõi vállalkozások különbözõ paraméterei, mint például a méret, szektorális hovatartozás, finanszírozás milyensége, képzettségi háttér, motivációk, kockázatvállalás, vezetési stílus, akadályok és támogatások formái. A kutatási eredmények alapján általános tendenciákra lehet következtetni, mégis elkerülendõ a szélsõségesen leegyszerûsített, sztereotipikus fogalomrendszer használata ebben a témakörben (is).
