A munkahelyi étkezés fogyasztóinak magatartásváltozása a gazdasági változások tükrében

Abstract

Kutatásunk egyik célkitûzése volt a munkahelyi étkezési támogatások szerepének vizsgálata, a munkahelyi étkezési szokások megismerése, a szolgáltatásválasztás preferencia-rendszerének elemzése. Felmérésünk eredményeit egy korábbi primer adatfelvétellel összevetve elemeztük, hogy a változások legmarkánsabb vonásait fel tudjuk tárni. Úgy ítéljük meg, hogy az eredmények hasznos információt szolgáltatnak az étkeztetõk számára a tekintetben, hogy milyen elvárásokat támasztanak velük szemben a potenciális fogyasztók, milyen marketing aktivitások használatával lehetne bõvíteni, fejleszteni ezen szolgáltatásszektort, mely humánpolitikai szempontból is meghatározó szereppel bír mind a munkahely általános megítélését, mind a foglalkoztatottak lojalitásának növelését illetõen.
