The Higher Educational Motivation of Secondary School Students and its Effects on the Hungarian Labour Market

Abstract

As the structural unemployment is a part of the Hungarian present, it is very important to look through and understand, identify the differences between the demand and supply on the national labour market. The study aims to present the employers' needs through the literature analysis and questionnaire research to characterize the interest of high school students. Differences may occur for many reasons such as: insufficient knowledge or flow of information, employers' incorrect expectations, HR, individual, academic problems, etc. The study endeavours to seek and highlight the educational facts and resupply of students in the background of this situation.
