Abstract

The Constitution of the hungarian republic is the basis, the basic law, which has to be studied to get acquainted with the management of the hungarian self governments (actually the Constitution gives the right of local self governance for the villages, towns, capital city and its districts and for the county). The constitutional regulation is a guarantee that its disposals will be observed during the codification. The constitutional law considers the regulation of the self government’s asset, incomes and its management as self governmental basic rights. What do mean the self governmental basic rights in connection with the self government’s management?
