    Abstract

    Magyarország úttörõ szerepet vállalt az EU által szorgalmazott és elfogadott szakképzésre vonatkozó minõségbiztosítási rendszerének kialakításában és bevezetésében. Ennek megvalósítására született az Új Magyarország Fejlesztési Terv Társadalmi Megújulás Operatív Programja: „A képzés minõségének és tartalmának fejlesztése” címû projekt (TÁMOP2.2.1.). A program keretében kidolgozásra került az Egységes Szakképzési Minõségirányítási Keretrendszer (ESZMK), amely egy olyan formai és tartalmi követelményrendszert jelent, ami egységesíti és összehangolja a szakképzés és felnõttképzés terén eddig mûködtetett minõségbiztosítási rendszereket, lehetõséget nyújt az intézmények teljesítményének mérésére és összehasonlítására. A minõségbiztosítási alprojektet a Nemzeti Szakképzési és Felnõttképzési Intézet (NSZFI) munkatársai dolgozták ki és végrehajtását a 2010 márciusában kezdõdõ felkészítõ program keretében tették lehetõvé az oktatásban dolgozó szakemberek számára (melynek én is résztvevõje voltam). Dolgozatomban az ESZMK bevezetésének szükségességét, tartalmi elemeit, felépítését és a megvalósítás módját ismertetem a felnõttképzés területén.
