Abstract

This chapter presents in detail the business model canvas for bionic enterprises. It describes in detail its twelve components and their implementation in financial services. It starts from the philosophy of a bionic organization moving to its customer value proposition and proximity. It details the optima place and distribution accesses and the market partition. This chapter details the characteristics of the processes, the platforms, the persons, and the partners in a bionic organization. It analyzes the financial side with a description of the pricing and revenue models and the payments and investments. This chapter ends with an aspect more relevant recently: the protection of the company assets and resources.
