The central and last middle age is a very prosperous period thanks to English-Gascon union. Concerning Bordeaux, to control the production, the supplying and the commercialization of wine was a major way to become a regional capital. This domination produced under control spaces. This communication uses the economic indicator of wine sector to understand the centrality of Bordeaux. The wine-growing indicator, a determining maker of the polarization of Bordeaux hinterland?
