Abstract

This paper seeks to address the following issues of strategic planning in international banking: (1) The reasons for a re-examination of the problem (2) Have the criteria for country credit-worthiness worked? (3) US policy and international debt (4) Monetary policies, world trade and international credit: the strategic planning triangle in international banking
