Abstract

The world is becoming ever more competitive and requires more special- ized skills as new technology and globalization have changed the nature of work. Leadership demands more knowledge than ever. The idea that education in general and higher education in particular is the pathway to the prosperity of individuals and nations has become more prominent than ever before.
