Abstract

Dr von Lazar is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and emeritus professor in international relations at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston (USA). He has been responsible for the development of academic programs in international development, energy and environmental studies. During his academic career, Professor von Lazar has worked as a consultant for some of the largest American and international oil companies, in addition to numerous financial institutions, foundations and various governments, including that of the US.
