Abstract

In Mumbai, our new Indian wine drinker, Mr. Singh, is sitting in a restaurant with a friend who orders wine with his dinner. ‘Red or white?,’ asks the waiter. ‘Red with ice and soda,’ answers Mr. Singh’s friend. How embarrassing!
