Abstract

The three volumes, of which the current is the last one, contain texts lined up according to the main themes that emerged from the collected material: 1. Organizational Olympians: Heroes and Heroines of Organizational Myths focuses on individual actors and their roles. 2. Organizational Epics and Sagas: Tales of Organizations takes up stories of organizations and their mythical features. 3. Mythical Inspirations for Organizational Realities discusses the role of myth in general, as well as mythmaking in organizations and organizational discourse.
