Philosophical Education in the Context of Management

Abstract

Just as the paradigms in terms of which management are being conceptualised are undergoing change so too the conceptions of management education, and, indeed, of education itself is undergoing a fundamental change. We are moving away from top down theoretical practices of education to more experimentally grounded views of education.
