Abstract

Funny ha ha, funny pathetic, funny peculiar. How often are people landed in hot water through their supposed sense of humor? Of the many unpleasant things we have inherited from America, one is humorless, litigious, killjoy behavioral requirements. “It was meant as a joke” doesn’t sound too good in the courtroom or the cold in-house inquiry room. How many have been punished for an offhand double entendre?
