Abstract

Overview The subject of this case study is a leadership and well-being theme that was developed as a core component of the National Health Service (NHS) West Midlands Executive Leadership Development (Aspiring Chief Executives) and Aspiring Directors programs. The theme, entitled “Keeping Pressure Positive” (KPP), was designed to challenge participants to raise their game in managing pressure and performance for themselves and others, and to provide developmental support to help them achieve this.
