Making Space for Reflection in Action Learning

Abstract

Debate is still going on as to what exactly qualifies as an action learning program. Practitioners from different cultures, with a different organizational focus, and with different types of experiences hold different opinions and have different reservations on the topic. So, common ground regarding what minimum requirements or basic principles qualify as an action learning program remains to be defined — if that is indeed possible.
