Abstract

This volume presents a collection of essays presented at the 17th World Congress of the International Economic Association held in Jordan, June 6–10, 2014 that deal with contemporary issues in microeconomics. The volume includes theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented chapters based on the careful utilization of theory and data analysis.
