Abstract

El objetivo del presente ensayo es desarrollar un indicador que permita identificar posibles desviaciones a favor de los hombres en desmedro de las mujeres -o viceversa- en la distribución de la asistencia. Esta asistencia puede ser proveniente de programas sociales implementados por organizaciones no gubernamentales (ONG) -ya sean nacionales o internacionales- u organismos dependientes del gobierno central o local en una localidad en particular.
