Abstract

La focalización tiene por objetivo orientar toda intervención de interés social (políticas públicas o programas/ proyectos privados de desarrollo) de forma tal que se ejecute eficientemente, optimizando el uso de los recursos escasos. El objetivo del presente es entender los conceptos de focalización de programas y proyectos sociales.
