Abstract

El presente documento explica la forma de analizar el uso de los recursos públicos en el sector salud. Para ello, en este documento se analiza el Programa Estratégico "Salud Materno-Neonatal" (PSMN) y, específicamente, el presupuesto para los partos institucionales, priorizados por el Estado peruano como una estrategia para reducir la mortalidad materna y neonatal.
