Abstract

Entrepreneurs play an important potential role in economic development in transition and developing countries creating new labour opportunities and contributing to the growth of the GDP. The paper is focused on to foster entrepreneurial development in the local region, by starting-up a business project in the spirit of sustainability and implementing it in the natural environment. Business plan is used as an objective, critical, unemotional look at the project. It is broken into three sections: The Business; Financial Projections; and Risk Analysis. The results of risk analysis highlight those variables, which have the greatest potential impact on the economic and financial viability of the project.
