Abstract

The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) - Regulation 2022/2554/EU is part of the Digital Finance Package, a package of measures to further enable and support the potential of digital finance in terms of innovation and competition while mitigating the risks arising from it. The DORA Regulation aims to (i) ensure consistency around the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), risk management requirements applicable to the financial sector and (ii) uniform requirements regarding the security of network and information systems supporting the business process of financial entities.
