Abstract

Descripción de la pobreza en Barranquilla y Soledad (Atlántico) entre 1993 y 2005, se presenta el riesgo de la población menos favorecida a ser víctimas de desastres naturales, la deficiente prestación de los servicios públicos, la informalidad económica y el bajo nivel de escolaridad, hace un estudio comparado frente a otras ciudades del país.
