Análisis del pensamiento económico de Edwin Walter Kemmerer quien contribuyó de manera decisiva a crear los bancos centrales en Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Perú y en muchos países más. Kemmerer presentó un modelo de banco el cual fue tomado por varios países para manejar la política monetaria soporte del desarrollo económico
