Describe la ciénaga de Ayapel, el sistema de lagunas sobre la llanura aluvial del Río San Jorge, la diversidad biológica, los recursos hidrográficos, los aspectos socioeconómicos, el uso del suelo, las necesidades de la población, la ganadería, la pesca artesanal, los problemas ambientales y la pesca ilegal.
