Abstract

Se hace la descripción de las personas a las que se les hizo un consejo de Guerra y se acusó de traición y otros delitos de guerra, aplicando la ley existente. La pena de fusilamiento fue ejecutada el 24 de febrero de 1816 en Cartagena.||*Este capítulo se encuentra incluido en la IV parte del libro Cartagena de Indias en la independencia, titulada "Consecuencias de la independencia sobre la ciudad"
