Abstract

Estudia las principales características socioeconómicas, los problemas en la prestación de servicios públicos domiciliarios, agua, alcantarillado, gas, la falta de calidad de la educación, analiza los problemas sociales, la pobreza, la calidad de vida y el desplazamiento todos los días de personas con empleo en Barranquilla. La administración pública trabaja para modernizar el recaudo de impuestos y en el desarrollo turístico para mejorar las condiciones de Tubará en el Atlántico.
