La estructura del gasto público educativo en las comunidades autónomas españolas

Abstract

El gasto educativo ha sido analizado en la mayoría de los casos referido a la totalidad del mismo o la desagregación por los principales niveles educativos, siendo menos frecuente el análisis de la estructura de dicho gasto en función de su clasificación económica. Tomando como referencia el año 2000 en el que la totalidad de las Comunidades Autónomas cuentan con competencias educativas completas, el trabajo que se presenta pretende valorar las diferentes estrategias de las Comunidades Económicas, no sólo en cuanto a la cuantía del gasto, sino a la estructura económica de dicho gasto, como elemento diferencial, así como analizar si estas diferencias se han incrementado o no desde el año 2000 al 2008 (último año de información disponible). Así mismo se valorará la estructura del gasto de forma comparada con el marco de la OCDE.
