Developing the methods, standards and mechanisms of endowment control. هذه الورقات تعتبر محاولة لعرض الجهود التي بذلت من أجل إقامة مشروع المؤسسة العالمية للزكاة، مع اقتراح صيغة للمرحلة الراهنة، تمثل إطارا أو آلية للتنسيق بين مؤسسات الزكاة المحلية، والعمل على دعم العمل الزكوي القائم في سائر الدول والمجتمعات الإسلامية الرسمي منه والشعبي "الأهلي"، والمساعدة في إقامة مثل هذه المؤسسات في الدول التي لا توجد فيها. مع النظر في دراسة إمكانية تحديد الحاجات الملحة في سائر أنحاء العالم الإسلامي بدوله ومجتمعاته، والإسهام في سد ما يمكن سدّه منها. مع التفكير في صيغ عملية وآليات لبلورة فكرة المؤسسة العالمية للزكاة مستقبلا إن شاء الله تعالى. وإذا كان لي من كلمة في الختام فإني أتطلع إلى أن يعمل أهل الاختصاص وأصحاب الشأن على الإفادة من جميع الجهود التي بذلت وتبذل من أجل بلورة مشروع الهيئة العالمية للزكاة ووضع رؤية استراتيجية لعمل الهيئة، تعرض على مختلف المؤسسات الزكوية والخبراء والعلماء لإثرائها ثم يتم تقديمها إلى الجهات المختصة لعلها تجد منفذا للتطبيق.
