Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a formula for the reconstruction of the waqf in a contemporary form, namely the contract of construction, operation and repatriation, and how to benefit from this contract in the development of waqf construction. This can only be achieved by clarifying the reality of the BOT contract, its jurisprudential description, its Shariah judgment, and the jurisprudential provisions of the BOT contract in the financing of endowments, as well as the applications of the BOT contract in the field of endowments, and developing it in accordance with its purposes, purposes and endowments.
