Abstract

The archive contains Gauss programs implementing Arthur Lewbel's semi-parametric binary choice and sample selection estimators (both cross-section and panel versions of the estimators). The estimators are described in detail in the papers, copies of which are included in the archive. Alternatively, the papers can be downloaded directly from Professor Lewbel's web site. Information about the contents of the archive can be found in the Readme file. Detailed information about using the code is given at the beginning of each program.
