Run-off 2016: Status quo und zukünftige Bedeutung von Run-off im deutschsprachigen Nichtleben-Versicherungsmarkt

Abstract

Durch diese Untersuchung sollen ein aktueller Marktüberblick über die Bedeutung von Run-off als Managementinstrument und Erkenntnisse über die zukünftige Bedeutung generiert werden. Zu diesem Zweck werden alle lizenzierten Schadenversicherer und Rückversicherer in Deutschland, der Schweiz, Österreich und Luxemburg zu einer Marktbefragung eingeladen, wobei 75 Unternehmen an der Marktbefragung teilgenommen haben. In einer weiteren empirischen Untersuchung werden 18 Experten der Branche zu den Implikationen für den deutschsprachigen Run-off-Markt befragt und weitere Erkenntnisse über die zukünftige Entwicklung abgeleitet.
