Bottom-up-Wandel: Initiierung und Implementierung mitarbeiterinduzierter Veränderungsprozesse

Abstract

Auch wenn in fast allen Auseinandersetzungen zum Thema 'organisationaler Wandel' die Beteiligung der Mitarbeiter als erfolgskritisch deklariert wird, sind bis heute Top-down-Ansätze vorherrschend, in denen Mitarbeiter als passive Rezipienten der Reorganisation als Weisung von oben konzeptualisiert werden. Gleichzeitig zeugen die nach wie vor hohen Misserfolgsraten von Veränderungsprojekten, geänderte Arbeitsanforderungen sowie ein sich wandelndes Selbstverständnis der Mitarbeiter von der Notwendigkeit alternativer Ansätze. Es erfolgt daher eine tiefer gehende Analyse zu Bottom-up-Ansätzen des Wandels. Anhand bisher überwiegend fallstudienbasierter Erkenntnisse wird beurteilt, ob diese als eine effektive Alternative zu herkömmlichen Ansätzen anzusehen sind oder zu Recht als unrealistisch und Ausnahmeerscheinung nur am Rande betrachtet werden.
