Abstract

Die Befragung unter Familienunternehmen aller Größenklassen hat ergeben: Der langfristige Erhalt des Unternehmens ist das wichtigste Motiv für die Gründung einer Stiftung. Die Studie zeigt, dass Stiftungslösungen sehr passgenau einsetzbar sind. Die Stiftung Familienunternehmen hat die Studie bei Prof. Dr. Mathias Habersack (Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München) sowie Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Péter Horváth (International Performance Research Institute, IPRI) in Auftrag gegeben.
