Abstract

Alle reden vom Wissensmanagement. Um fundiert in dieser Diskussion mitreden zu können sowie die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für die eigene Organisation zu ergründen, müssen Möglichkeiten und Grenzen dieses Ansatzes genau ausgelotet werden. Deshalb werden folgende Fragen ausführlich behandelt:- Was ist mit Wissensmanagement genau gemeint?- Was leistet Wissensmanagement?- Lässt sich überhaupt Wissen managen?- Welche Hilfsmittel gibt es dazu?- Sind wir auf dem Weg in die Wissensgesellschaft oder befinden wir uns schon darin?- Woher kommt das Interesse an Wissen auf Seiten der Arbeitgeber?- Was heißt eigentlich Wissen?- Welche verschiedenen Datenbanktypen gibt es?- Welche Rolle spielt die innerbetriebliche Unternehmenskommunikation?- Wie verändern sich Arbeitsstrukturen?- Welche Schwierigkeiten gibt es bei der Übertragung von best practice und bei einer fehlenden Wissensteilungskultur?- Was heißt das für Betriebsräte?- Gibt es schon Betriebsvereinbarungen zum Wissensmanagement?- Wie müssen Betriebsvereinbarungen zu diesem Thema gestaltet sein?Auf alle diese Fragen gibt es Antworten in diesem Buch.
