Abstract

Wie finde ich eine neue Stelle? Personaldienstleistungen zur Vermittlung und Rekrutierung von Arbeitskräften sind global expandierende Geschäftsfelder. Sie entscheiden in zunehmendem Maße, wer Zugang zu welchen Bereichen des Arbeitsmarktes hat. In drei Szenarien wird gezeigt, wie sich das Feld der Personaldienstleistungen auf dem Weg zur Beschäftigungsindustrie entwickeln könnte und welche Konsequenzen das jeweils für Arbeitnehmer:innen, Betriebsräte und Gewerkschaften hat.
