Betriebsräte in der doppelten Transformation: Ein Transferforschungsprojekt zur Organisationsentwicklung von Betriebsgremien

Abstract

Betriebsräte erleben die digitale Transformation als "doppelte Transformation". Sie sind gefordert, ihre eigene Organisation anzupassen mit dem Ziel, auch in Zukunft eine starke Mitbestimmung zu stellen. Im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojektes wurden neun Betriebsratsgremien bei der Gestaltung ihrer digitalen Transformation begleitet. Das Projekt, bei dem die Betriebsrät*innen Einfluss auf den Forschungsprozess nehmen konnten, war nach dem Transferforschungsansatz konzipiert. Diese Study veranschaulicht das methodische Vorgehen der Transferforschung und fasst die zentralen Ergebnisse des Forschungsprojektes zusammen.
