Abstract

Wie erfolgt der berufliche Wiedereinstieg nach Abschluss der Fachschule Technik? Die vorliegende Untersuchung fokussiert ein systematisches Beschreibungs- und Erklärungswissen zum Wiedereinstieg nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Fachschulweiterbildung und liefert datengestützte Erkenntnisse zu den Erwartungen, Interessen und Motiven der Fachschüler*innen sowie zum beruflichen und akademischen Werdegang. Bundeslandübergreifende Vergleiche der Randbedingungen des Arbeitsmarktes und die Ergebnisse einer Analyse zur stellenbezogenen Konkurrenzsituation der Techniker*innen bei der Arbeitsplatzsuche runden den Beitrag ab.
