Abstract

Diese Studie untersucht die Auswirkungen der Energiewende auf die Arbeitswelt. Dabei hebt sie die Bedeutung der betriebsbezogenen Akteure und der Sozialverträglichkeit für das Gelingen der Energiewende hervor. In den Strategien des Umgangs mit der Energiewende kommen Verhaltensmuster zur Geltung, die durch Milieu und Habitus geprägt sind. Sie reichen von der reaktiven Verteidigung des bisherigen Status quo über Versuche des Arrangements mit den neuen betrieblichen und politischen Rahmenbedingungen bis hin zu proaktiven Formen der Mitgestaltung von neuen Geschäftsmodellen.
