Abstract

Im Rahmen der hier dokumentierten Tagung vom 22. September 1999 in Dortmund - veranstaltet vom Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftlichen Institut (WSI) in der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung und der Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin - wurden Ableitungen bezüglich zu erwartender Gefährdungen aber auch gesundheitsfördernder Auswirkungen flexibler Arbeitszeiten vorgenommen, die Risiken und Chancen herausgearbeitet und Forschungsbedarf definiert. Daneben wurden unter gruppenspezifischen Aspekten beispielhafte, flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltungsansätze für Ältere und Beschäftigte mit Familienverpflichtungen dargestellt. Ein wesentlicher Teil der Veröffentlichung widmet sich der Darstellung, Analyse und Diskussion von Einzelbeispielen flexibler Arbeitszeitgestaltung.
