Abstract

Wie werden Arbeitszeitkonten im Detail geregelt? Um eine Antwort geben zu können, wurden 670 Betriebs- und Dienstvereinbarungen mit Regelungen zu Arbeitszeitkonten ausgewertet. Entstanden ist eine Übersicht zu Kurzzeitkonten und Langzeitkonten. Gefragt wurde im Detail u. a.: Wie sehen Regelungen im Detail aus, die das Funktionieren von Arbeitszeitkonten sicherstellen sollen? Wie werden Fehlverläufe repariert? Wer bestimmt, wie angesparte Zeitguthaben genutzt werden können? Welche Ziele werden mit Arbeitszeitkonten verfolgt? Welchen Einfluss haben Betriebsräte und Gewerkschaften auf die Gestaltung der Konten?
