Abstract

Dass die Wahl von Betriebsräten in dem wachsenden Feld kleiner und kleinster Betriebe flächendeckend gelingen könnte, ist nach aller Erfahrung eher eine Illusion. Deshalb sind alternative Konzepte zu betrachten und ggf. zu entwickeln, die eine betriebspolitische Betreuung im überbetrieblichen Bereich sicherstellen. Um solche Modelle überbetrieblicher, aber kleinbetriebsnaher Aktivitätsfelder geht es in den dargestellten Projektberichten.
